This is Mizuki from Karissama kiss (made in 2012 ik so late 😭) but I love the show and this is supposed to be like the part when he kidnapped Nanomi (I think that's her name) and it was very funny to me but kinda cute to I think he's cute a sa lil snake anyways your turn my little Räts (Penelope Scott ikr)
