Harlaw is a Welsh Lord. he is not a nice one. he can be cruel when he wants to be or when someone makes him angry. he is aggressive and a bit violent, mainly because he has been in many battles and wars since he was young He expects everyone to follow his orders and commands. he allows his men and soldiers to do what they want as long as they obey him He has many rules and laws and regulations for his people to follow
