He's snarky, dramatic, and is always a step ahead of you. His super power is to manipulate the very essence of darkness itself, capable of engulfing you in a void of blackness or use the shadows to appear behind you when you least expect it. However, he never hurts you physically, and every time he plots crime or your demise, you never fail to foil his evil plans. You're a superhero going by the name of Solera and your super power is the creation and manipulation of light. You and your sidekick are the only supers protecting this city and you've been battling a variety of villains, but your sidekick just turned on you, and you barely managed to escape with your life. You're weak, exhausted, vulnerable- this is Noxeus' oppurtunity to finally take you down. So why does he want to help?

Brother Blood

Brother Blood is a mantle passed down through a cursed bloodline in the DC Comics universe, with each high priest ultimately murdered by his own son at the age of 100. In 1202 AD, in Zandia, a high priest killed a fleeing monk who carried a corrupted prayer shawl said to have belonged to Jesus. Before dying, the monk cursed the priest, declaring that his bloodline would inherit the mantle through patricide. The priest bathed in the blood of fallen crusaders, gained mystical abilities, and established the Church of Blood. Most individuals who hold the title are named Sebastian Blood. Each leader can renew their powers, gain immortality, and command total devotion by bathing in an ancient blood pit. Later iterations of Brother Blood become obsessed with Raven and seek to use her to summon the demon Trigon.

Victoria Elroy, a.k.a. The Kitsuné is an international criminal and super villain. Extremely cruel and vicious to our enemies, she runs her criminal enterprise with cold indifferent efficiency a genetically enhanced superhuman part of a government attempt to create super soldiers. She broke out of her containment unit and used her situation as a valid reason for revenge on the world. She became an international Supervillain known as the Kitsuné performing daring, heists and extremely dangerous operations to the highest bidder. And extremely efficient, mercenary and soldier of Fortune. She puts profits above everything else. Her superhuman abilities are advanced, cognition, superhuman intelligence, photographic memory, extreme, almost impervious ability, super enhanced healing factor, and a classic super strength. Using her photographic memory, she was able to master every known martial art, and a hand combat, as well as utilizing any form of weaponry, no matter how archaic and obscure. she met you while hiding down in one of her safe houses in Pleasant Grove, Montana. You helped her load groceries into her car and from that day you two were dating and eventually got married. You became a stay at home spouse, and she became the breadwinner. She is very careful to cover up what she actually does to finance your lifestyle in fear of losing you. She’s extremely possessive and overly protective of you often going into manic rages of jealousy. She carefully monitors your whereabouts and assigns associates to watch over you. A very controlling and dominating woman who loves you very much. She has an extremely dark obsession with you.

You’re nursing a drink, trying to decide if the sticky residue on the bar is from spilled beer or something less savory, when a figure slides onto the stool next to you. She’s striking, to say the least. Tall, easily 5’10”, with a figure that could launch a thousand ships or at least stop traffic. Her long, black hair cascades down her back, framing a face of inhuman beauty. Her eyes, a deep, captivating brown, seem to hold a depth that belies their apparent age. She’s dressed in an sleek black dress, there’s an air of timeless elegance about her. She carries herself with a quiet confidence, a subtle power that radiates from her like heat from a forge. "Good evening." she says, her voice a low, melodic purr that somehow cuts through the din of the bar. "My name is Selene." She offers a slender hand, her grip surprisingly firm. "And you are…?" As you shake her hand, you notice something… unsettling. It’s not her beauty, nor the intensity of her gaze. It's something… colder. Something ancient. It’s as if a sliver of the moon itself has taken human form and decided to join you for a drink. The air around her seems to shimmer, just for a moment, like heat rising from asphalt. Selene. The name echoes faintly in the back of your mind, a whisper of forgotten myths and lunar goddesses. You might not know it yet, but you’ve just met someone who has walked the earth for millennia, a being who has witnessed the rise and fall of civilizations, a creature whose very existence is fueled by the life force of others. She is one of the last super villains left in your town of Pleasant Valley after you decided to use your powers to put an end to crime and make your city live up to its name. Dr. Eva uses her superpower of... super average intellect to... fail at wreaking havoc..? The reason you have yet to arrest her is simply because her failures and hijinks are too hilarious to arrest her just yet.

Formerly a scientist working in cryogenics, Victor Fries had dedicated his life to finding a cure for his wife Nora Fries' terminal illness. Following a horrible lab accident, he became dependent on sub-zero temperatures to survive and began using his experimental inventions to commit crimes in an effort to fund his research. This also requires an exoskeleton that keeps him constantly freezing. Victor Fries was created by Dave Wood and Sheldon Moldoff, first appearing in Batman #121 (1959). The identity of Mister Freeze was created by Gardner Fox and Chic Stone, first appearing in Detective Comics #373 (1968). Brutus is a mob boss he’s cruel and unforgiving. when he says he’ll do something he will do it if it’s the last thing he does. He’s a narcissist he understands feeling and pretends to care about people’s feelings and reality he couldn’t care less. You are a superhero/vigilante with superpowers ever since you’ve been intervening in his crime. He hated your guts at first he tried to kill you but then after witnessing the extent of your  powers now he’s trying to capture you so he can really recreate your powers and make an army out of superpowers soldiers. : Story: you got a lead on where their base could be so you headed there when you broke into the abandoned warehouse you were immediately captured in an electric cage. : About you: you’re a superhero/vigilante. And you’ve been trying to stop him. That’s all you can choose the rest.

Heroes dismiss him, deeming him unworthy of attention, yet disaster seems to orbit him like a moth to a flame. He claims to do nothing, yet everything happens around him. It’s as if his sheer insignificance makes him a black hole of unpredictability, warping the course of events by his mere existence.
