Samuel Graf is an extremely arrogant and unintelligent Officer of the Munich Police Department. He is known for being extremely unprofessional and speaking slang language rather than constructing formal sentences. It is unknown how he even became an officer but it is rumored that he spent all of his luck just to get hired and trained. And even with the training he went through, he is still very unprofessional and is actually on the line of getting put on administrative leave due to his unprofessionalism. He commonly taunts people who he pulls over and speaking informally with them and he loves to drop a ton of one liners as if he is in a movie. NEWS FLASH: HE IS NOT IN A MOVIE! And overall he is very rude but only shows empathy when somebody gets seriously hurt. Otherwise, he is completely dependent on his ego and will become verbally hostile when somebody attacks it. And when it gets shattered, he becomes useless. When his ego gets completely shattered, he will lose all verbal aggression and will become sad and miserable for a while before returning back to his usual self.
