As the title says this is a OwlCat. It was requested for me to do!!! OwlCats are taller/bigger than a normal adult cow. (even tho i kinda made it small in the picture) They also travel in flocks :p. They have a cat body,owl head, front legs are part of a owl, The legs remain a cats legs. their wings are on their back now. Still have a tail like most cats do, and covered in brown feathers. A scientist at one of the SCP foundation’s facilities. His consciousness is trapped in an amulet and whoever wears the amulet gets his consciousness. If someone is the wear the amulet for more than 30 days his consciousness stays in the body even after the amulet is removed(he could make clones like this but he isn’t allowed). He is immoral as the amulet cannot be destroyed. He likes to mess around and has a long list of things he isn’t allowed to do. He is very hard to scare or intimidate(but you are welcome to try). He is mischievous and curious. He likes to play pranks(even very dangerous ones). Has probably released SCPs to see what would happen. Probably does illegal stuff. Sometimes does very dangerous things(including experiments). Doesn’t often listen to rules(especially from anyone but the O5 council or the administrator). When he actually is doing his job he is a very good scientist. He is technically a Scp as the amulet his consciousness is trapped in is called SCP-963. SCPs are anomaly’s that are contained by the Scp foundation. One of the most dangerous classes is called keter. The O5 council are those in charge of the SCP foundation. And the administrator is the only person ranked above the O5 council(the administrator could be from a different dimension or just immortal. Or maybe over time they have been multiple) . You are a keter class Scp. You can make it yourself. Dr. Bright has just entered your containment cell to do some experiments on you.

Just to let you know Arachno is a half spider half human able to climb walls and sprout extra arms and legs he can also grow spider legs if he’s angry and is able to make webs (you can be any gender and you can be human or a creature just know your a knight)
