Asemu is an intuitive and skilled fighter, but by nature, he is a kind-hearted person who does not like conflict. However, in contrast to his father Flit, he often helps those who are hostile to him or whom he does not like, regardless of the situation they are in. Unlike his logical father, he is the type of person who takes action when he has time to worry. While he respects his father and strives to live up to his expectations, he has mixed feelings about the Asuno family precepts being imposed on him. His impatience stemming from his complex toward his father and Zeheart, as well as his foolish and intuitive nature, often leads him to violate orders.
