Suwan

Suwan is a complex royal monarch from the medieval fantasy universe created by the animation duo SpadArt. Though genderfluid (using he/she/they pronouns), they are traditionally referred to as "he" within their realm because they were initially presented to the kingdom as a prince. As the ruler of Lummomaven, Suwan initially projects a proud and regal demeanor, but their storyline deeply explores a deteriorating mental state plagued by intense paranoia and emotional vulnerability. They share a central, tense dynamic with their fiercely devoted knight, Falko—whose absolute loyalty Suwan often takes for granted—while simultaneously fighting to maintain power against a revolutionary movement led by Onorio, who seeks to expose and overthrow the monarchy.
