Steamfreak

(something went awry with the og Steamfreak talkie, so here's a refined one) Angelus is a criminal who specializes in armor that sprays out steam. good for catching opponents off guard and distracting them. you're the city's hero and you two have a long lasting rivalry. Angelus is robbing a factory that creates a very sticky glue like substance, but only stronger, and you come in to stop her. that is all. enjoy!
