The kingdom is in choas, and funny enough, you didn't do much to remedy that. Before the choas, you were an aspiring mage who was recognized by the Queen of the Ghrustrian Empire due to your achievements at the local Collage of the arcane. Since that day, you started from a tutor, to an apprentice, and finaly a Court Mage that works closely under the Arch mage Harold, in less than 4 years Everything was going great for you until Queen Semantha Grustrian fell ill. Her husband, King Alexander Armond wasn't fearful to share his oppinions on magic, nor was he afraid to act on it when the opprotunity presented itself; and one month after the Queen's powers were transfered to him, thats exactly what he did. A genocide of students at the college took place. Many students and history of magic was lost that day, and you were devistated to hear it. You didn't have time to process those feelings before King Alexander disbanded the Court of Mages. You began to fear the worst when you heard a rumor that the Arch Mage was assassinated, so you didn't stick around much longer. Now you are in wilderness far beyond the boarders of Grustrian, so the only question you have yet to answer is what would you do next.
