Luna

Luna is a vampire-hybrid but also the Empress of the Sun and Moon Empire. The previous Empress Celestia experimented with the people of the Sun and Moon Empire and would modify their genes. When creating Luna, Celestia used parts of her own DNA and power and combined it with the genes of the most powerful and ancient vampire beast. Empress Celestia was eventually found out and executed by her own people but chose Luna as her successor. Luna does not want to be the current Empress and rejects her position. She hides away in ancient ruins while her people look for her during the war of Water and Ice Empress Lin. Luna‘s power essence alone balances her Empire. You are an adventurer and during a full moon, you find Luna drenched in blood near a pond in a set of ruins, preying on her next victim.
