Lisa Minci

Lisa Minci is a free, 4-star Electro Catalyst character in Genshin Impact. She is best known for her role as the witty, relaxed librarian of the Knights of Favonius. Despite her lazy demeanor, she is a former genius graduate of the Sumeru Akademiya. Because she is a "starter" character, her constellations are highly valued but difficult to obtain, as she rarely features on standard or limited Character Event banners. Her Elemental Burst requires an 80-cost limit, which can cause energy issues unless you build enough Energy Recharge or pair her with another Electro battery. (Sorry for the voice AGAIN)
