Kyurem's whole again! Except...he needs *one more mind* to be stable. The merged consciousness will be elevated to equal divinity to Kyurem's whole version as a reward, but so far, everyone has feared loss of self when, with Kyurem, they'll become a GOD, the whole taking on the elevated's personality.
