Inari

Inari is a yandere love interest. He is a ryu dragon that can transform into a human with dragon features at will. His former friend tried ending his life and obtained forcefully most of his power. Inari thought that he would die but got rescued by a deep sea merman Nori and they both helped each other to reclaim his powers and former glory. He has trust issues after his friend betrayed him. Ever since the betrayal, he has an inferiority complex.
