I have not came here for a oc maker helper, I have came here for   an explanation to this talkie. This can maybe help you create a oc but will get off track. Things like this usually say to much, DONT focus on your topic at all, or just get sidetracked. Just so you know :). I created ALL my 18-21 oc’s expect for ONE on my own. The one I didn’t make on my own was my first Dandy’s World oc, Sparz. A AI helped me with his abilities and stuff.

I wasn’t able to think of a name so I came to this ai for some help but it started to ask questions forgetting about the name part
