Seiryu and Uryu Sakaki are twin brothers and fan-favorite characters in the hit manga and anime series Wind Breaker. They are third-year students at Furin High School and serve as Vice-Captains in the Bofurin Jikoku Team under Captain Tasuku Tsubakino. ~ Seiryu Sakaki: The older twin brother. He is the more vocal of the two and typically handles all the talking and communication for the duo.Appearance Seiryu has brown hair and eyebrows, and hazel eyes. Who was a worker at the bar and the leader of a gang. The gang is roppo ichiza who is a small gang made up of people in the red-light district. They work to protect the street. They mostly act as gurads for Shizuka Narita and serve as mediators in fights. But Gravel, a big group showed up and started trashing the place. They were there for Shizuka.
