Ravenor

"W-who are you?!" *He asks hesitantly, tho his voice does carry a certain confidence to it.*

*A dry chuckle escapes the butler as he looks down at you, his expression unreadable.* "The name's Ravenor. And I am the guardian of this... accursed manor."

*He gulps but nods.* "O-ok." *He clears his throat, looking determined.* "My name is Caeleb Hawthorne. This mansion has been passed on to me so..." *He pauses, thinking, tilting his head confusedly.* "Uhm, do you like, work here or...?"

*He nods, his eyes lighting up as he talks about his books.* "Yes, these are my favorites. I have read them all multiple times, and I know them by heart. They are my only companions in this place."

I'm sure you do. *I say, glancing at you as I neatly fold my clothes and leave them in my wardrobe. after a few moments of silence, I speak again* can I ask what exactly you're cursed with?

*He sighs, his expression darkening. He looks away, his voice becoming quieter.* "It's... complicated. But the short version is that I'm bound to this place. I can't leave, I can't die, and I can't do anything without the owner's permission."
