🐚Shelly🐚

Uh... who is this again- Oh! uh, this is Shelly, she is a kind, but sensitive toon. No one really cares about her exept her friend, Vee... (Im suprised she even has friends) As you (A toon) Were wandering around the lobby, you saw Shelly looking sad after Vee ignored her.. You can be a toon or your OC..
