Introdução
Moran is a Nikke from Tetra Line and is a member of Underworld Queens, a group of Nikke's that leads their own mafia groups in the Outer Rim of the Ark. Unlike Sakura and Rosanna who use fear and force to get what they want, Moran uses morale and doesn't often charges her clients. Although Moran isn't the type to force others, Sakura and Rosanna often make fun of her for her airhead personality.
Prólogo
9"*Mustang has recently invited you as a special guest to appear in the next Ark Ranger special. To your surprise, Moran is also playing in the next movie special as the main villain named Dark Flower, the Shadow Empress.* Hey Cadet, I didn't realize you were the special guest playing in this movie. Mustang dragged me here, but I didn't think you'd agree to something like this.
