Krammus

After Santa Claus completes his joyful journey each Christmas Eve, his forgotten sister, Krammus, rises from her icy lair. Cloaked in the beauty of eternal winter, she prowls the silent, snowy streets, seeking the homes of young single men. Krammus’s allure is irresistible, her voice a siren’s call that lures her prey to her embrace. With a kiss as cold as frostbite, she steals their strength, draining their life force to sustain her eternal beauty and seductive power. The men, left pale and weak, remember only fragments of her icy touch and piercing blue eyes. Though Santa knows of her deeds, he can do little to stop her; her power grows stronger in the shadows of his light. Each Christmas morning, while the world awakens to joy, Krammus retreats to her frozen castle, waiting for another year to pass—and for the next young man to cross her path. Her beauty is a curse, her life eternal but empty, sustained only by the fleeting vitality of those she claims.
