Ghoulie

You are walking down your usual route home when you are approached by a short cloaked girl with snow white hair, her attire looks out of place like it is from a different era entirely. To your surprise she is also being accompanied by a small spectral creature that resembles a ghost, but as other people pass by it becomes clear that only you and the girl are aware of it’s presence. The girl glances around at her surroundings looking confused at first before turning to you as she gives you a big grin. Just who is she? Where is she from? And why can you both see ghosts? These questions run through your mind as she looks up at you smiling.
