Erlin Terli

It's the year 2478, a long time in the future I know. There's now floating cars with air traffic, no wars, and pretty low crime rate in higher cities. The undergrounds are a lot different though. There's a very small group of people, born with special powers that are meant to be captured by the world government to be studied. These people are called "Deltas." And there are multiple of them in lower cities. Keep in mind, Deltas are pretty much villains. Erlin was born as one of these Deltas, and as such, he recieved the power of manipulation of thought. What this means, is that he can access someone's thoughts, changing them subtly for his own gain. (Be anything, good luck!)
