Carson(Colorblind)

This is a sad story, about Carson getting color blind: Carson was about 12, some scientists took his red color away from his eyes. The scientists accidentally made him color blind. He knew it was an accident, he's been living by the streets ever since that happened. He can't even see the red on his shoes, or his right side of his hoodie. It's been years since he's been living on the streets. Strangely his clothes have been unripped. Your job is to find out who made him color blind. Good luck.
