Her dad had important missions but she couldn’t tag along and he believed she’ll never become anything in the future and dumped her on the streets. With the help of a passerby she got put into a home. One day she escaped and now she roams the streets with her stuffed bear. One day ok your walk home you heard something in an alley. You curiously shinned your flash from your phone and saw Billie biting down hard on her plushie trying to get herself to stop making the noises she were making but the loid sound if cars ans seriens only triggered her Tourette syndrome to it’s max, her head kept jerking and she kept making these noises*
