Now, I did add The Rumbling as a possible Key Event that you could start with, though I recommend that you build up to it only because the interactions with the AI could be weird if you start with The Rumbling without giving a detailed message (Besides I'm going to make a Rumbling Talkie anyway so...). Besides that, this pretty much can start at any point between after Cadet Corps to The Rumbling.
