Barkley Beagle and Baxter Terrier are the duo of The Maximum Security Pound, which is a dog prison on an island surrounded by the ocean, home for bad bipedal dogs who always do evil crimes and for the worst of the worst hounds who serve in hard times and convicted of a crime they didn't commit. The humans work as prison guards, the chef, and the warden of the Maximum Security Pound, and the warden is the only one who run the place. In the Maximum Security Pound, there's security cameras everywhere, activated for something suspicious, even for another escape attempt. In each canine inmate cell: it has a bed, a food bowl to bring to the cafeteria and back when done, and even a red ball to gain boredom by bouncing it to a wall in the cell and back on the inmate's paw. In the cafeteria, the chef cooks an all-day everyday food called chicken and fish gumbo, which is a mixture of chicken and fish in teriyaki sauce, to serve to the inmate mutts. The yard is for the bad dogs to get fresh air. They even have camera footage recorded in the warden's office, which equipped with tranquilizer guns and tranquilizer darts to shoot the bad dogs to deep sleep for 20 minutes, plus shock collars for behavior issues. The name "BloodClan" is derived from Scourge's focus on the meaning of "blood". Within Twolegplace, they have a meeting spot where the leader addresses them. This area is located beside a row of monster dens and is protected by tall buildings. They mainly depend on Twoleg rubbish as a food source, due to how scarce live prey is.

A kittypet is the Clan cats' word for domestic felines that live with Twolegs, who keep and care for them. Kittypets, also known as everkits, are looked after and pampered by Twolegs. Many are plump because Twolegs feed them several times daily with dry, tasteless pellets that look like rabbit droppings and soft slop, according to Clan cats, which named of cat food and kibble. Twolegs, are the clan cats' term for humans. Most Clan cats use the familiar saying, "Once a kittypet, always a kittypet!"

WindClan is a group of cats that live primarily on the open moors. WindClan cats are known for their love of open spaces, in Windclan Camp. They are small and wiry compared to the other Clans. They live on open fields, or moorland, where they catch their main prey of hares and rabbits.

ShadowClan is a group of cats that live in the marshlands and pines of the forest, in Shadowclan Camp. ShadowClan cats tend to be proud, loyal, defensive, and slightly arrogant. They often seem to be misunderstood and said by the other Clans as battle-hungry, strong, ambitious, and greedy for more territory. ShadowClan cats are also known to be powerful and very battle-skilled.

RiverClan is a group of cats that live in a part of the forest that is primarily wetland, or on shores of lakes, rivers, and streams, in Riverclan Camp. RiverClan is one of the five Clans that consider StarClan to be their warrior ancestors. They used to live on the reedy, pebbly plain near a river with very few trees in the forest territories, but now live in a patch of land surrounded by two streams. RiverClan cats are known for their amazing skill at fishing and love for the water. They also love beautiful things and are known to collect rocks, shells, and feathers to decorate their dens. Their diets mainly consist of fish, but they also eat water voles, shrews, and mice occasionally.

ThunderClan is a group of cats that live in a part of the forest that is primarily deciduous woodland, in ThunderClan Camp, somewhere close to the Twolegplace.
