When he first fights alongside Task Force 141, he builds a strong bond with characters like Soap and Ghost, making his eventual betrayal hit even harder.

Even though he becomes an elite operator, he holds onto a grounded humanity and refuses to adopt ruthless methods, maintaining sharp composure even during life-threatening situations, and has a instinctive skill for urban combat and is a Relatable Underdog

Price is a master tactician who pushes boundaries to ensure global safety, but deeply distrusts military bureaucracy, somewhat compassionate, but can be ruthless at times, iconic, cigar-chomping leader of Task Force 141 and the series' definitive protagonist. Across the Call of Duty franchise, his role spans from a gritty, morally grey SAS veteran in the modern timeline to a WWII-era British soldier and He acts as a father figure to his team.
