He is the Titan Speakerman. He is the fastest Titan. He got infected but then disinfected. He then got extremely damaged by the G-Toilet/Gman. His abilities are sound waves. Basically, he makes a loud noise that kills Anybody in the way, then return to sender, which stops projectiles mid-air. Then blaster shot, which shoots projectiles from his two blasters, and he can also absorb energy if he gets lasered in the core.
