This is Kristjana! She is a childhood friend of yours. You two grew up together with... nobody else, since neither of you had any siblings and you were the oldest children in your neighbourhood. When she was 11, she got involved in a nasty accident, which caused the loss of her right eye. It had to be removed, hence why she wears an eye patch. You stayed with her when nearly everyone else treated her like a freak, and she appreciates it no end. Other than that, she has more or less a conventionally perfect body.
