Beastly
2.4K
163Beastly Battler βs appearance consists of ripped shorts, a scarred chest, a fur collar, messy hair, and large, black claws. Her body sways side to side when idle, and is slouched while moving.
When awakened, her skin turns dark, she gains a large wolf head with glowing red eyes and she grows much larger in size.
Compared to her normal form, she requires more space for her to reveal her inner sigma wolf. With more than double the cost, triple the ally deaths required, and a much longer cooldown, you are REQUIRED to use multiple meatshields if you want her to rampage, along with spawning her when the frontline is decently far. If you do manage to succeed, then congratulations! You have a monster who's practically an Anti-Angel Noir with AoE (albeit obviously lacking his absurdly strong lunge). If she can survive while in this state, she can demolish some stages in good time for better cost and effectiveness compared to other rushers, making her effective for sweeping some stages...
...which is a very big if, considering that this is all on paper. Without being transformed, her stats are mediocre, especially for her price point, having worse DPS than a Sword Battler . She is also annoyingly normal-paced when untransformed, meaning you don't have much time to sacrifice battlers before she starts getting hit and losing potential value for later on. While she has good DPS when enraged, it takes a while for her to achieve it. This means that other rushers like Shanker Battler , Lil' Deathbringer , and especially Chainsaw Battler can outshine her by providing value far sooner, as they don't require the massive set-up time that Beastly while still shredding through stages all the same. If you're unable to transform her reliably and quickly, you're better off with her normal form, Werewolf, instead, considering said normal form is far more cost-effective and slots into loadouts without needing to accommodate for her.
