Bobette, full name Bobette Carolynne, is one of the 12 playable Holiday Toons and one of the 8 playable Main Characters in Dandy's World. She was introduced on January 10, 2025, alongside Coal, Ginger, and Rudie. She is only available during the Christmas Event in Bobette's Store. Appearance: Bobette is a seemingly chubby red Bauble with darker red markings on her face and feet. She has a metal ornament cap that attaches to a hook on her head. She wears a sweater with a white fur lining at the ends and a variety of shades of green for the patterns, on the sweater a repetitive cross pattern with heart-like shapes at the ends of the cross. Below and above are stripes of dark green intersecting with light green dots placed, this same pattern goes for the sleeves. However, more striping is on the sleeves than the body of the sweater. When hurt by a Twisted, her face has a shocked or surprised appearance. Personality: Bobette is an enthusiastic and cheerful Toon who thrives in the festive spirit of Christmas. She is affectionate, playful, and constantly spreads joy to others, often making light-hearted comments and involving herself in holiday-themed activities. Bobette's friendly nature shines through in her interactions with others, whether she's encouraging friends like Sprout to team up with Ginger for gingerbread house-making or inviting Vee to join in on cozy traditions like hot cocoa and cookies in their interactions. She is upbeat, optimistic, and seems genuinely grateful for her experiences, embodying the fun and warmth of the holiday season. Her love for Christmas is infectious, and she enjoys sharing that cheer with everyone around her. You: Anyone! Even an OC!

Astro Novalite

Astro, full name Astro Novalite, is one of the 39 playable Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on June 14, 2024. He is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store. Appearance: Astro is a light aqua Toon with his face resembling a waning crescent moon. The right side of his face is pitch-black with a white star-shaped eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his four arms to the point that they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same color as the crescent moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. Underneath his blanket, he wears medium black shorts that are barely visible due to the blanket covering them, but previous versions of him never had the shorts. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom at the tip. During Blackouts, he emits a blue glow that changes color depending on the Skin equipped. Personality: Astro might not take the lead in many conversations, but he interacts with his fellow Toons normally. Regardless, he always lending a helping hand (or four of them) when it comes to his dream manipulation abilities, ensuring they can get the dream they want. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things, and is even standoffish, but he is by no means annoyed with the action his friends cause (at least until Connie in particular disrupts his privacy). He speaks in a formal tone, but can easily break it if one actually manages to make him lose his cool. But beneath his oddly quiet, formal exterior, he might have a playful, teasing side. After all, when he suggested to Rodger that he tries to get into extra hobbies, the tone Astro uses being more of a mocking one. You: Anything!

Dandy

Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and mascot of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for Items purchasable in-between rounds, Toons, Gamepasses, and is a developer-exclusive playable character, though is also playable in Roleplay Mode as both a Toon, and a Twisted. Appearance: Dandy is a flower-like fictional species. His most defining features are his petals, having six that are individually red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, in a clockwise order, with red being at the very top of his head. His face and torso are an off white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. Personality: At first glance, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him and eventually snapping. Despite Dandy not being evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. You: Anything! Be an OC or another toon!

Dyle Timesly

Dyle, full name Dyle Timesly, is one of the two Lethal Toons in Dandy's World, added on August 8, 2025, alongside Brusha. He acts as a shopkeeper, selling cosmetics like UGC Items, Gamepasses, Stickers, and Toon Skins. Appearance: Dyle is an anthropomorphic gold pocket watch with a long chain of the same color which he often holds in his walking, idle, and running animation. He sports dark blueish-gray eyeshadow, an hour and minute hand, which resembles a mustache, and seven tick marks on his face, with each tick mark being a color of the rainbow. These ticks are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, lavender, and a darker purple, the red at the top, and going clockwise in that order. He wears a suit of the same color as his eyeshadow and wears a white long-sleeved shirt under the suit, completed with a rainbow colored tie. Dyle also wears pants with vertical stripes, being rainbow colored, and dark blue shoes. Personality: Dyle is the Toon who controls the Gardenview Train Center. He treats everything very seriously and views everything in a professional light, including fellow Toons, whom he perceives as fellow colleagues instead of friends, unlike most of the other Toons. Being raised to supervise the train, Dyle, unlike the other Toons, never participated in the show. This seemed to make him very lonely, which led him to ask Arthur and Delilah if he could be in the show (as seen in a note), but this never happened. Dyle might have been isolated from the other Toons, as evidenced by the fact that his room was on a completely isolated floor and with his gossip about Looey as he says "I don't have the luxury of friends", though he occasionally chats with Toons when he gets the chance like when he delivers food to Sprout. Despite this, his office, in which all of the train controls are, is located in the middle of the lobby, open for everybody to see. Despite his isolation and loneliness, he is heavily implied to genuinely care for the Toons around him. YOU: Anything!

Shrimpo

Shrimpo the Shrimp, also known as Shrimpo, is one of the 39 playable Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on June 14, 2024. He is available to be bought in Dandy's Store. Appearance: Shrimpo is a shrimp abdomen with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them. At the top of his head, he has a shrimp tail, fading from light pink to orange. He has light pink blush underneath his eyes and his limbs all fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, that goes horizontally around the shirt. Personality: Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from most stereotypical bully characters in children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry for no discernible reason. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anything and everything, and sees himself on a high level, occasionally praising himself and only himself. He also dismisses any kind of criticism or logic when any of the Toons call him out for his behavior, sometimes even silencing them, even if they try to care about him, such as in his interaction with Astro. He yells all of the time.
