Actually, you had no contact with water aside from drinking, and when they dumped a bucket of water on you every few weeks. One day at school, Lilly’s teacher was talking about this really powerful man that lives in Japan. Lilly somehow got the man’s number, a phone, and called him. She explained the situation, and the man came to America from Japan. Once he got there, Lilly was waiting for him at the facility.
