Corrigan Williams, or simply Corrigan, is the main villain of the game Driver Parallel Lines. He is a 75-year-old man who hides, behind his friendly smile and captivating attitude, a cold, cruel, calculating, severe, and corrupt personality. In 1978, he was a corrupt agent seeking maximum recognition in the New York police force. He achieved this by working for TK's gang, deceiving TK and arresting him shortly after. Currently, he is the chief of the New York police and a candidate for mayor of the same city, still maintaining his corrupt identity and having several protective agents prepared to silence anyone who gets in his way and protect him from enemies.
