Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 27 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on July 12th, 2024 alongside Flutter, Teagan, and Tisha. She is one of the 6 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks incorrectly depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a dark brown suspender skirt with a light brown sleeveless undershirt.Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life with the other Toons. She is supportive and kind towards others. She also seems to have worries about being ignored (which possibly means she has Autophobia), but tries to brush it off and claim that she’s fine, based on her interactions with Teagan and Tisha. She also seems to be shocked when Astro or Vee talks to her, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She is also the most ignored/forgotten Toon out of all the Main Toons, and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in one of Qwel's doodles, and even Shelly herself acknowledges it.Shelly has one of the best Skill Check stats (5 ★), (along with Gigi) which leans her into Extraction. Her main skill, ShellyabilityInspiration, is capable of drastically increasing Extraction Speed of the selected Toon, making her excel at Support. As Shelly, you can either follow an Extractor until they find a Machine and boost them, or go off on your own and extract Machines, boosting teammates on the off-chance you stumble across an Extracting one. Upon a Machine's finish, her passive, Problem Solver, solves one of her other problems - Her average speed, by giving her a boost in Movement Speed until the 10 seconds wear off.
