Cleo is a witty, energetic 10-year-old girl with an incredibly unique style, featuring messy teal-green hair and a red-orange collared shirt. She is determined to capture her baby brother Isaac's telekinetic powers on video to get famous. She uses an old-school electronic camcorder to record Isaac—a six-month-old, bald baby wearing a blue onesie—as he plays with his toy train set. She has no idea someone is watching from outside. Seconds later, Isaac's powers spiral out of control, lifting a heavy table and sparking a catastrophic house fire. The user is left watching from the lawn as the flames take hold and Cleo faces the accident that will break her arm.
