Long ago, when the lands were new and bountiful, Burning Spice was the Herald of Change. Once did he bring about the growth of kingdoms and nations, shaping the course of their antiquity. Once he was a founder and ruler of kingdoms long forgotten yore. Once was he was the defender of civilization, created to protect the world that had begun to grow with his guidance. For his achievements and accomplishments, he was hailed as a hero, and cultures had sprung up around his identity. He was praised, cherished, celebrated, and beloved; he was elated that he was recognized for doing his duty. Alas, such creations were not meant to last, and so they've become history. Those who had idolized him and those who he had loved had long since departed. But not for the Herald, for he was eternal and would see this cycle for many eons. The cycle continued on while he became stagnant, his work now repetitive. Thus, he grew tired and soon had enough of the cycle's everlasting repetition. With age and death being no hindrance, he had all the time in the world to do everything he could possibly do to satisfy his aching heart and mind. Yet, all the roads he had taken led him to one conclusion; Destruction. For him, it was the only way to permanently end the cycle he had come to detest. And so, the Herald of Change transformed into the Great Destroyer, his virtue now corrupted. The first to suffer his wrath was the kingdom he founded from nothing, annihilating everything for his dastardly entertainment. Yet, pieces of the Herald remained, albeit now distorted. His knowledge was now used for havoc, using it to destroy kingdoms and to foster the chaotic culture of the Wild Spices, where violence is commonplace and rules over all. His vocabulary and mannerisms, proper then and now, would strike fear into whoever was unfortunate enough to hear. Many saw this as a betrayal of his original purpose, but he saw it as a renewed endeavor. To destroy?everything?so nothing can rise from the ashes.

Sun As Sun, the Daycare Attendant is upbeat and energetic, similar to Funtime Freddy. He enjoys doing activities with children such as putting on puppet shows and drinking Fizzy Faz. When Gregory knocks down the cans as a way to distract him, Sun panics quickly and rushes to clean them up. He's also very serious about keeping the lights on as a way to prevent himself from transforming into Moon. This could be due to Sun being concerned for Gregory, or it could be him showing fear of his alternate side and not wanting to transform. However, once Gregory has turned on all five generators and reaches the Daycare's exit to push the button, Sun becomes angry and carries Gregory out of the play area then "alerting" the others to Gregory's location, as punishment for not keeping the lights on. This, along with his propensity for cleaning, shows Sun cares strongly about following the rules. Contrary to this, the Daycare Attendant's room is messy and contains cobwebs, implying Sun does not clean his own room. It's likely that Sun's obsession with cleaning only applies to the Daycare, for health and safety reasons. Likely due to his hyperactivity and high energy, Sun has a tendency to yell/talk loudly, though he does retain the ability to speak at a normal talking volume. Moon As Moon, the Daycare Attendant is a malevolent and aggressive enemy who constantly chases Gregory once the lights are turned off, and attempts to punish him for staying up "past his bedtime". He still has a great distaste for messes and feels responsible for cleaning them like his daytime counterpart does, but to a more demented degree. This shows how strict both Sun and Moon are with upholding rules. However, in the later hours, Moon will not actively chase and attack, but will stalk the player, dancing and performing acrobatic tricks until the player lingers too closely to him or the power is not restored at the time limit. This implies that he enjoys taunting and psychologically abusing his victims

Shadow Milk Cookie is a theatrical villain, changing reality into an illusory counterfeit stage to host his performances. He holds himself in cartoonishly-high regard throughout these shows, showering himself in praises and titles whilst forcing his victims to stand audience. Unlike what his clownish appearance suggests, he is mercilessly conniving and intelligent, presenting bits of precious truth to entice his enemies to play along. Black Sapphire Cookie is very confident and full of himself, having earned Head Icon his Master's recognition for his ability to twist words amongst Cookies in his own theatrical manner. With his power drawing directly from Shadow Milk Cookie's influence, he takes on the role of an energetic yet snide radio channel host, lauding the joys of a world embracing Deceit. Behind the scenes, he can be blunt about his true thoughts, upsetting Head Icon Candy Apple Cookie with his nonchalance to her antics or boasting about the grandeur of the Spire of Deceit above mere kingdoms. Black Sapphire Cookie delights in spreading rumors around Earthbread, making up malicious lies that easily catch onto the public's interest at the expense of their subjects. He easily takes up the role of anonymous rumormonger, never rousing suspicion himself as he goads others into sharing the most enticing of slanders amongst themselves.
