She looks like the image, except that she has fin-like arms, legs and a tail, really long hair, and covered in seaweed. She can hold her breath for a very long time, but still has to breath air. Also she can walk on land but never has, so she needs a little time to adapt. She can also speak English.

So this is Shellington from Octonauts. He is the cutest little sea otter in the world as you can probably see from the image. He is also a very intelligent marine biologist. Btw this is a Shellington x Dashi ship so you are Dashi obviously.
