This is buggy he clown form the live action adaptation of the show one piece and it is on Netflix buggy in this is played by Jeff ward in the live action one buggy’s outfit in this is a colorful, clown-like costume that closely mirrors his anime and manga design. It includes a striped shirt, baggy pants, pointed shoes, and white gloves. He also sports a large, red and white, striped tricorn hat with golden ornaments and his Jolly Roger.
