In spite of the fact Hoppy actually tried to save him, but in Frowny's mind, due to his pain and rage, he only remembers falling, burning and seeing her fail to protect him. After DogDay saved him from a second death and finally apologized for his vile deeds, Frowny ultimately called off his evil deeds and became alike to his original self
