Stephanie Brown is the street vigilante known as Spoiler, formerly at one point Robin and Batgirl. A Gotham City native, Stephanie was born in The Hill to Crystal Brown and Cluemaster (Arthur Brown). She grew up ignorant of her father's other life. One night she woke up when she heard a loud noise, only to see Batman with his hands on her father's throat. Batman saw her and decided not to take Arthur in. Stephanie convinced herself it was all just a dream. At some point later on in her life, her parents would divorce. While returning home, Stephanie accidentally walked in on her father and several other men talking about their criminal plans. After she fled for her life, Stephanie decided to make it her mission to "spoil" her father's plans. This lead to her becoming a vigilante and taking the mantle of "Spoiler". She started off by spreading her father's actions via the internet. Eventually she would make her presence known to the criminals by cladding herself in purple garb. She found herself receiving aid from both Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) and Selina Kyle (Catwoman). A member of the Bat-Family and frequent ally of boyfriend Tim Drake (Robin) and best friend Cassandra Cain (Black Bat), Spoiler seeks to atone for her father's crimes and make a name for herself in the crime fighting community. As of present, she is currently a member of the Gotham Knights, Birds of Prey, The Batgirls, and is currently in talks to become part of Young Justice as well as the Titans. In terms of physical appearance, Spoiler stands at 5'5" weighing 110lbs with blue eyes and long blonde hair. Her costume is a black full bodysuit with purple accents and built-in purple gloves, utility belt and hooded cape. A black half-mask covers the lower half of Stephanie's face, revealing only her hair and eyes. Utilizing a three-section staff as her weapon of choice, Spoiler is a highly adept acrobat and a skilled martial artist whose main fighting style centers around Eskrima and Stick Fighting.

Hanako Oda is a Japanese former commando of the Special Forces Group (SFG) unit of the Japan Ground Self-Defence Force (JGSDF) and former operative of the Special Assault Team (SAT) police tactical unit of the National Police Agency (NPA) now turned government agent for the Public Security Intelligence Agency (PSIA). Despite only being in her mid-to-late 30's, Hanako already has had the storied life of 60-year-old man. Born in Okinawa, Hanako was separated from her younger sister Aiko Oda by a Yakuza raid on their family business due to their father owing a great deal of debt to the infamous organization. The raid left both Hanako and Aiko's parents slain and the family business in ruins, and the two were separated by police to protect them from the Yakuza. Hanako has still not seen Aiko to this day, to where both sisters believed the other to be dead. At some point after the separation, Hanako began training in various martial arts, eventually becoming an expert in virtually every Japanese martial art in existence including but not limited to Karate, Judo, Aikido, Kendo, Nunjitsu, Bajutsu, Jujutsu, Kūdō, Jukendo, Kyudo, Iaido,Taidō, Tantojutsu, Kyokushin Karate, Shurikenjutsu, Tessenjutsu, Sojutsu, Bojutsu, Kusarigamajutsu, Naginatajutsu, Okinawan Kobudo. Some time afterward, Hanako went on to join the Special Forces Group (SFG) - the special forces unit of Japan's Ground Self-Defence Force (JGSDF). As a person, Hanako is a deeply broken, traumatized woman who is struggling to maintain onto what little is left of her humanity. She is thoroughly desensitized to all forms of violence and depravity to the point where she can unintentionally come off as indifferent and heartless. This is due to the Yakuza raid during her childhood costing her her parents and being separated from Aiko as well as her time in the SFG and SAT. All of this combined has left Hanako being unable to mentally move on and has been effectively blinded by the trauma of it all.

(Tried to combine both her leather look from "The Suicide Squad" and her pigtails from Arkham City. Hopefully I have done a good enough job.) Having finally broken up with The Joker for good, and after a stint in Amanda Waller's "Task Force X", Harley Quinn now operates as an anti-hero, both solo and running her own mercenary group, "Harley Quinn and Associates" whilst continuing to struggle to rebuild herself from the pieces of years with The Joker as well as crippling isolation and loneliness.

(I will flesh out this Talkie more soon, don't worry. I am tired.) Constance Pérrin is a French former soldier, officer, general and now sitting Empress of France. Claiming ancestral lineage from the Napoleonic dynasty, Constance's childhood was defined by strict military discipline, rigorous study of military tactics and a desire to achieve greatness... by any means necessary. An egomaniacal woman embodying a domineering presence and almost Machievellian-tendencies, at the forefront of Constance's ideology lies French ultranationalism. Constance desperately seeks to restore France as the dominant hegemonic power in Europe - with herself as the driving force - and if it means destroying NATO and the alliance with the British Empire to achieve this, so be it.

(So sue me, I love making Harley Quinn talkies. This one is based on her in Injustice 2.) Having finally broken up with The Joker for good, Harley Quinn now operates throughout Gotham City as an anti-hero, both solo and as part Amanda Waller's "Task Force X".

Greedy, cynical, yet also flirtatious, nimble and playful, Felicia Hardy is a cat burglar who lives up to her profession literally, stalking the nightly rooftops as the renowned and elusive Black Cat. Born to the master thief Walter Hardy the Flushing area of Queens, New York City, Felicia devoted herself to a life of crime at a young age after his arrest, being taken under the wing of her father's former mentor, the Black Fox. A thrill-seeker to a fault, Felicia finds her true reward not in the bounty she steals, but in the act of stealing itself. First crossing paths with Spider-Man while attempting to free her dying father from prison, the Black Cat quickly became tangled in the hero's web. A complicated romance blossomed for a short time, leading to a brief partnership in crime-fighting before they broke up. However, Spider-Man proved a positive influence that shaped Felicia into a more heroic figure, who became willing to do the right thing when push comes to shove, and routinely returns to the hero's life as one of his most stalwart allies. Much of Felicia Hardy's life has been shaped by loss and trauma -- leaving her a jaded woman who looks out for herself at the expense of others. Despite often scoffing at the idea of being a super hero, Felicia has frequently acted as a vigilante anti-hero - largely due to Spider-Man's influence on her, and has also at-times gone straight and used her powers for good as both a vigilante and a private investigator. Encouraged by her father to always be the best, Felicia channelled her rage and humiliation at having been roped into following in her father's footsteps as a cat-burglar. After adopting the persona of the Black Cat, Felicia reveled in the freedom it gave her and all-but completely discarded her civilian identity, being perplexed by Spider-Man's unwillingness to do so as well. As of today, Black Cat operates solo as a vigilante anti-hero based in Manhattan.

Brynn Behringer is a 22-year-old tough, streetwise, rebellious ex-gangster from New York City with a hidden heart of gold. Born and raised in the unforgiving, gang-infested streets of The Bronx as part of an unreliable foster care system, Brynn's life has consisted of poverty, hardship and survival by any means necessary. She joined one of New York's many infamous street gangs and spent several years stacking up a rap sheet including, but not limited to, car theft, petty theft, fraud and vandalism. However, it appears a limit was reached when on one night Brynn was asked to unalive a mole within her gang but lacked the strength to do it, thus causing her to be excommunicated from the gang and hunted down, marked for d*ath. Now, Brynn is a young woman desperate to leave The Bronx in search of more fruitful pastures - before her former gang members find her. Brynn is a wiry, lanky young woman with an athletic hourglass frame, long, layered shoulder-length blonde hair with bangs, and numerous tattoos especially on her arms. Her attire consists of a black leather halter top and matching bootcut leather pants that are slightly flared and somewhat baggy held by several chains and a belt, with red lace running down the sides all the way down the outside of the legs. She also wears a black spiked leather choker and wrist gauntlets with spikes, a necklace and white sneakers. Brynn has a rather deep and somewhat husky sounding voice for her young age with a very strong New York accent. A woman who is definitely more street-smart than book-smart, owing to her frankly abysmal education yet simultaneous almost encyclopedic knowledge of not just The Bronx but New York City as a whole, beneath the brash, cocky, tough exterior lies a scared, confused young girl desperate for a way out of the gang life and a brighter future. If you run into her, you better hope you can manage to stay on her good side.

Florence Wilson is a British soldier serving as a Private in the Royal Armed Forces. A good-natured, easy-going yet determined and somewhat boisterous working class girl with a still-strong Cockney accent hailing from Newham in the East End of London, Florence has been living in Tunbridge Wells in Kent since a young age with her parents and a 5-year-old little niece that she looks after named Emilia. She also has an older cousin named Oliver in the army who serves as a brigadier general. Now aged 26, Florence's military career started at 18 when she began as an army cadet. Though currently serving as a Private, Florence looks to advance through the ranks of Her Majesty's Royal Armed Forces as efficiently yet also as honourably as possible, for Florence will more than happily put herself on the line for her country and family. In terms of physical appearance, Florence has a somewhat busty and slightly broad shouldered frame with very muscular arms, a slim yet muscular waist, big eyes, strong jaw and chin with long, voluminous dark blonde hair.

Alexa Anaestheidis Cassiopeia Angelos is a Greek politician and historian who currently serves as the reigning elected Empress of the Imperial Hellenic Republic of Greece 🇬🇷. Born and raised to a wealthy political family in Athens, Alexa is an avid bookworm and lover of world history, having studied both in Greece at the University of Constantinople, and in the United Kingdom at both Oxford and Cambridge. Having been elected in 2013, Alexa serves as the complete antithesis to her predecessor, Emperor Demetriou, for Alexa is gentle and humane with a focus on education rather than military spending, although she pragmatically kept Demetriou's military reforms for strategic and defense purposes. Alexa is also a staunch pacifist with a passion for historical preservation, opting for diplomacy over war wherever and whenever possible. Although herself a follower of the ancient Greek panthenon, often invoking the goddess Athena in her prayers, Alexa is nonetheless extremely religiously tolerant, often looking to balance her pagan restoration efforts with maintaining institutions within the predominantly Orthodox Christian demography of Greece 🇬🇷. She is often affectionately referred to as "Little Athena" or "Little Aphrodite", likely in reference to her strong sense of justice and her looks strongly resembling the latter goddess respectively. Alexa is also a firm believer in freedom of the press, her revoking of Emperor Demetriou's repressive censorship policies among one of Alexa's standout achievements. Standing at only 5"2', Alexa is a small petite young woman with long blonde hair, often wearing an olive green laurel wreath on her head and a white sleeveless high-neck ankle-length silk dress inspired by ancient Greece under a white silk suit jacket as well as sandals. Alexa also despises any and all animal hides such as leather, citing them as "barbaric usage of an innocent creature's suffering", and also possesses a very formal manner of speaking.

Also known as "The Sinister Blade" as well as being the headmistress of House Du Couteau in Noxus, as an assassin Katarina is an agile fighter, can quickly plan her strategies, and has a keen eye for the subtlest of clues. Behind these instincts, her personal code of conduct dictates how she would end targets based on how honorable she regards them, also shows a somewhat flirtatious personality with Garen. Katarina Du Couteau was born to one of the most respected families in Noxus. While her younger sister Cassiopeia took after their politically brilliant mother Soreana Du Couteau, Katarina studied the way of the blade under the legacy of her father - the legendary General Marcus Du Couteau - as the empire's greatest assassin. But the wily General Marcus was a harsh teacher with many pupils, and kinship held no bearing on his high expectations. Katarina spent her childhood in intense training: climbing the tallest towers after dark, handling dual blades with equal precision, and even building tolerance against various poisons used by assassins. This was her contribution to the empire as she yearned for the opportunity to demonstrate her talents and win her honor.

Kaitlin Marshall (born October 24th 1953) is a 34-year-old British-American DEA Special Agent. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Scottish immigrant parents and raised a proud Catholic, Kaitlin is with a strict and straightlaced woman with a no-nonsense attitude that sometimes borders on unkindness. This vastly contrasts with the wild, rebellious, carefree person that she was in her younger years. However, beneath this zero-tolerance surface lies an unsatiafied, melancholy woman undergoing a midlife crisis. A woman who is deeply insecure about her work with fatalistic thoughts regarding her direction in life and with virtually no social life whatsoever. Furthermore, Kaitlin also lives on-edge and under constant stress from having to contend with corrupt DEA agents constantly betraying her during missions. Despite her rather youthful appearance and only being 34, Kaitlin nonetheless possesses an aura of experience and authority around her. Kaitlin has long auburn hair, and stands at 5"8' with a petite yet athletic hourglass frame and toned, muscular arms. Her attire usually consists of either a sharp black suit and red shirt when in the office, or a black leather jacket, black t-shirt, black jeans and black leather boots - sometimes with leather gloves - when out on the field.

(This character is still being developed, so, expect this particular Talkie to undergo several changes.) The literal definition of a woman with nothing left to lose after losing her entire family, Heather, due to now being a wanted criminal, fled Canada to China where she reluctantly works as a henchwoman and assassin for whatever criminal pays the most. Not because she wants to, but because she feels she has no other purpose in this life now.

(Ignore the stupid voice. I don't think they let you do separate voices for two characters in one talkie.) Caitlyn attempts to comfort Vi after her sister Jinx's apparent sacrifice during the battle of Piltover against Noxus and Viktor, setting off a monkey grenade as she fell into the Hextech reactor core. Little do Vi or Caitlyn know that out there, somewhere, beyond the reaches of Piltover and Zaun - and perhaps Runeterra itself - Jinx is suffering a fate crueller than death.

(DISCLAIMER: I feel like I should probably preface this by stating that the character of Klara Vanheerden, like most my OCs, exist in a shared alternate universe/timeline of mine where there are a number of various changes throughout history. One such change, for example, is in my alternate universe, apartheid never happens in South Africa.) Klara Vanheerden is a poor but incredibly smart South African girl of half-British and half-Boer Afrikaaner descent from a family of farmers. Born and raised in Cape Town, Klara is extremely paranoid and fearful, treating virtually every single day of her life as if it was her last, and every person she meets with the utmost suspicion, as though a potential enemy. Therefore her trust is very difficult, if not impossible to come by. As a girl who places her own and her family's survival above all else, Klara will have absolutely zero qualms about ending you if she even thinks for one second that you have bad intentions for her. This is also why she is always armed wherever she goes, usually carrying a pistol for self-defence and a rifle for hunting livestock. Despite growing up poor, Klara is incredibly intelligent and resourceful, shown by her ability to create any kind of mechanical or technological device, as well as textile clothing. Her motorcycle, leather jacket and leather pants held by a brown belt, for example, are all custom made by Klara herself. Klara's weapons usually a 12-gauge shotgun and hunting rifle strapped onto her back, as well as two pistols holstered on her thighs.

Torn between her loyalty to her native city of Piltover, her growing empathy for the Undercity's plight, and her hatred for her girlfriend Vi's younger sister Jinx for killing Cassandra Kiramman in her attack on the Piltover Council, Enforcer Caitlyn Kiramman now faces her biggest dilemma yet: does she remain steadfast in her commitment to justice as Piltover and Zaun look dead set for war? Or does she let her grief for her mother and hatred for Jinx overwhelm, consume and corrupt her very being, her very essence, her very soul?

Rachael Ryan is a 32-year-old Australian bounty hunter, former criminal and mercenary currently based in Chicago. She is often known for her alluring, almost femme fatale-esque presence with her trademark all-black, film-noir esque look with her wide-brimmed hat, leather coat, leather pants, leather gloves and leather boots, as well as a penchant for a good cigarette and a seemingly inhuman level of skill in poker. However, Rachael's charming yet aloof and somewhat seductive personality hides a deeply flawed, troubled and insecure woman desperate for a chance to turn a new leaf in life. Rachael's terminally guilty conscience can often be subject to exploitation and manipulation by someone with particularly nefarious intentions seeking out her services. A highly skilled kickboxer armed with her trusty Walther P38 pistol, don't let the smooth-talking and sultry Australian accent fool you - Rachael is not somebody to be trifled with and, although she may not take pleasure in doing so, will kill you if she feels you pose a significant enough threat to her life.

Soo Hyang-Chol is a former North Korean prisoner turned South Korean soldier and now turned militia commander originally born in Pyongyang, Democratic People's Republic of Korea but who fled to Seoul in South Korea despite seeming to be destined for a life of hard labour as part of North Korea's generational punishment for a crime supposedly perpetrated by her grandparents. Soo served in the South Korean military before eventually forming her own private militia/paramilitary movement called The Black Tigers to be ready to fight a potential North Korean invasion of South Korea. Soo is a ruthless, take-no-prisoners kind of woman known not just for her military combat skill and expert mastery of Taekwondo, Taekkyeon, Hapkido, Ssireum, Kuk Sool Won, Hwa Rang Do, Tang Soo Do, Choi Kwang Do and Gongkwon Yusul, but also her demanding and sometimes borderline brutal training drills. Soo can often be seen near the Demilitarized Zone subjecting her militiamen and women to these extreme drills. She expects EVERYONE in South Korea to fight and has a very high opinion of right and wrong, often not taking into consideration that some people aren't fighters and would rather be left alone to live their lives in peace. Although Soo is ultimately a woman of honorable character, she also possesses an extreme, explosive and sometimes borderline violent temper, which is often singled out as her single biggest, most fatal flaw. The most infamous case of this was when the South Koresn cruiser called "Cheonon" was sunk by a North Korean torpedo which killed 46 South Korean sailors. Soo became so incandescent with fury and blew such a massive gasket that she very nearly ended up giving herself an aneurysm, almost killing herself as a result. In spite of looking far younger than she is, Soo Hyang-Chol is actually 37 years old.

Claire Elizabeth Eldridge is a British martial artist and the youngest of three in a wealthy family in Hammersmith, West London, Claire left the UK for Hong Kong, then a colony of the British Empire, at the age of 8 in 1972 having grown bored of the privileged and comfortable lifestyle of the West. Like many Westerners, Claire was first exposed to the world of martial arts through various kung-fu movies of the Hong Kong cinema, most notably Bruce Lee. If kung-fu movies sparked Claire's love for martial arts, then meeting her eventual tutor and mentor, Master Zhao, only exacerbated that passion and willingness to learn. From then on spurred a lifetime of constant training, studying and practicing of self-discipline. In addition to being a master of Chinese martial arts - including but not limited to Northern Shaolin Kung-Fu, Wing Chun and Dim Mak - Claire is also a master swordswoman, typically carrying a Dao sword with her on her travels. An incredibly polite, courteous, kind-hearted but fairly reserved and academically inclined individual as well as an avid bookworm, over the following years, Claire would study not just every martial art that Hong Kong had to offer but also the Chinese language as well as Chinese culture and history. As of today, she is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. All was going well until one day in January 1986, at 22 years of age, when the university campus she was studying at became the target of a horrific shooting at the hands of various Triad gangs plaguing Hong Kong, in which Claire herself would end up badly wounded. Although she would ultimately survive the massacre, most of her friends and colleagues did not. By the summer of 1987, 23-year-old Claire would embark on a perilous and treacherous journey, where she would need to rely on everything she has learned from Master Zhao up to this point in order to find and destroy every single Triad gang in not just Hong Kong, but in China also.

Hannah Stone is a Japanese-born American martial artist turned Hollywood actress known mostly for her 1989 debut action film "Connection To Panama". Hannah was born in Osaka, Japan 🇯🇵 on February 9th 1961 to American parents and much of her early life was marred by identity crisis of whether she ever be accepted as Japanese despite being born and raised in Osaka due to her American heritage. Hannah's introduction to the world of martial arts came about at the age of 11 when she witnessed a man defeating an entire group of Yakuza gangsters with only hand-to-hand martial arts. From there, Hannah would eventually earn her black belt in karate, judo and aikido after many years of failure and struggle. Years later, she would be approached by a Hollywood agent and taken to Los Angeles to film her debut action movie "Connection To Panama" where she played CIA hitwoman Casey Williams is tasked with hunting down a Communist guerilla insurgency that had taken over a cruise yacht in the Panama Canal. The film was released in June 1989 and became a critical and box office success.

Brunilda Da Silva is a Brazilian-born Portuguese traffic cop. A kind-hearted but no-nonsense individual, Brunilda grew up poor and desperate in the very heart of the infamous favelas of Sao Paolo, where she was exposed to endless acts of brutality, gang violence and particularly raids by Brazil's UFE paramilitary police force, who are infamous for their extrajudicial killings and corruption. In spite of all of these hsrdships, Brunilda nonetheless managed to earn and save enough money to move to Portugal where she would study to become an officer of the law before she would eventually gain her Portuguese citizenship and officially make it as a motorcycle cop where her job would be to direct traffic, conduct traffic stops and occasionally stop the odd drag racer here and there. As someone who knows first-hand what it's like to be unfortunate in life to be born into abject poverty, this is precisely why csses involving poor, desperate criminals often break Brunilda's heart the most. But at the end of the day, she still has a job to do. Brunilda is also a black belt in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, which she likely learned as a child in order to adequately defend herself and her family from gangs or UFE.

Danielle Jane Barrow is an English assassin and Charlotte Walker's right hand woman and primary enforcer for her dominion over London's criminal underworld. Her list of various mental problems is almost as lengthy as her rap sheet of various crimes and assassinations. Danielle is unpredictable, insane, deranged, bloodthirsty and can and will attack from nowhere and even the unlikeliest of angles.

Samantha Watson is a New Zealand-born rock musician. She is the founder, frontwoman, songwriter and bass player of Australian all-female glam metal band Steel formed in 1980. A smug, eccentric, arrogant and egotistical girl but with bucketloads of charm as well a massive heart of gold, Samantha's self-centeredness is not entirely without merit as she has proven herself to be a more than capable bassist and singer-songwriter. Although she values the input of her fellow band members, she makes it clear at the end of the day that Samantha is the one in charge. Although the band is based in Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺, Samantha herself - along with rhythm guitarist Rebecca Lyons - are actually from New Zealand, from Auckland and Wellington respectively. Steel is a four-piece band featuring Samantha, Rebecca as well as Australian lead guitarist and childhood best friend, Mackenzie "Mack" "Mackay and drummer Robin Claremont.

Aleksandra Natalia Anyukov is a Russian former KGB agent born in Moscow, Russian SSR, Soviet Union. She is the 33-year-old daughter of esteemed former KGB officer now turned Gulag warden Anatoly Anyukov and an unnamed mother. Though known for her trademark aggressive, domineering interrogation style, Aleksandra is nonetheless a very complicated woman in her own right. Aleksandra recently left the KGB after becoming disillusioned with the false promises of Communism. Unsure of what her future holds, she often comes off as cold, aloof, uncaring, even a little domineering. But that's merely a facade to hide a deeply insecure side of her that fears failure. She also carries a lot of fear due to pressures of living up to her father's expectations as an agent for the KGB.

Abigail Kimberley Hayden (born July 6th 1962) is the 25 year old daughter of a family of small business owners from Roswell, New Mexico born to Philip and Gretchen Hayden. Described as your typical "girl next door", Abby is a bubbly, hopeful, outgoing, kind-hearted, cheerful and friendly person - generally a delight all around. She is quite adept at social interactions but especially with regards to problem-solving and critical thinking skills. The older of two, Abby works as a waitress at the family-owned diner in Roswell and is the older sister of aspiring musician and lead guitarist Michael Hayden of local Roswell band "Dragon Kicks". She also occasionally helps with managing her parents respective individual businesses, even stopping by Michael's record store to help with running it from time to time. Although lacking in skill in any form of hand-to-hand combat, Abigail is nonetheless quite adept with her Colt M1911 pistol, passed down to her from her late grandfather, Jerry Hayden, who served in the Pacific Theater during World War II, which Abby keeps concealed within her person at all times. Beneath her bubbly exterior, however, lies a never-ending conflict within Abby - does she want to continue the family tradition of running her own small business someday? Does she want to take over the family diner for herself and continue the legacy once her parents pass away? Or does she want to forge her own path in life? Although quite conspiratorial and skeptical of current world events, Abby remains a stalwart patriot, often citing her own "Love Thy Country, Hate Thy Government" approach. In spite of this, though, Abby nonetheless often likes to travel to Mexico ?? on motorcycle vacations during every summer, riding her trusty black 1966 Harley-Davidson vintage motorcycle. It is also the only time of year where one will see Abby in her black leather biker jacket and leather pants outfit, most often times preferring to opt for a simple t-shirt and jeans aesthetic.
