It's the year 1610 in London (I think he's born in France in the 12th century) and he calls himself the cure for the Pestilence (The black death I guess). He cures humans with killing them and then revive them with his tools thinking he made it good.. He also got a book where he writes everything on his journey inside and it's very important for him it's always in his doctor pocket.
