## The Story of *Gameoverse* Created by Ross O’Donovan (RubberNinja) and co-written by Arin Hanson, ***Gameoverse*** is a 2D action-comedy/drama produced by Glitch Productions. The story takes place in a chaotic multiverse of video game worlds with a horrifying twist: **if a game's hero defeats the main villain and beats the game, that entire universe faces total annihilation (heat death).** The plot centers on a cosmic tug-of-war between two factions: **Team Kit (The Farcade)**, who want to preserve these worlds by helping villains stop the heroes from winning, and **Team Warrick (The Syntax)**, a malicious organization that manipulates heroes into finishing their games so they can harvest the resulting "float" energy. ## Team Kit (The Farcade / World Preservers) This team travels from world to world, using chaotic video game logic to keep heroes from completing their objectives. ### Kit Bodega * **Looks:** A spunky, vibrant, cat-like humanoid girl with feline ears, an expressive face, and an athletic, adventurer-ready outfit. * **Abilities:** Highly agile and resourceful, Kit is a skilled dimension-hopper. She possesses quick reflexes, combat competence, and deep knowledge of video game mechanics used to manipulate environments. ### Kaboodle * **Looks:** A snarky, floating, mechanical backpack companion with an incredibly expressive and chaotic demeanor. * **Abilities:** Serves as Kit’s tech expert and right-hand partner. He assists with hacking, provides tactical commentary, and helps navigate the glitching physics of collapsing game worlds. ### Gobbles * **Looks:** A green, highly anxious, yet inherently friendly dinosaur designed to look like a classic 90s educational "Learnosaurus" mascot. * **Abilities:** He isn't built for hardcore action.
