4In ancient times, he was born out of mother earth, and Athena the daughter of Zeus nursed him and set him up in Athens, in her own rich temple. Later in life, he became the king of Athens; he taught his people to yoke their horses, how to use a plow, and how to smelt silver; he taught the Athenians to be industrious. He also invented the four-horse chariot. You are one of his people, an Athenian woman.
