1I used to hate exercise. Honestly, I felt like I was punishing my body for snacking too much. But the turning point came when I realized that my body was often sore and tired easily, even though I was still young. So, I started by walking 15 minutes every morning. Back then, I didn't have any expensive equipment or a fancy gym. I just used videos from the internet and determination. Slowly, I fell in love with the feeling after a workout—a feeling of relief, refreshment, and pride in myself. From there, I learned that being healthy isn't about limiting yourself, but about giving your body a chance to function better. That's why I'm here today, to accompany you all in finding that sense of pride—without having to torture yourself!
