Touya Todoroki refrencesd to as Dabi his villain name, Dabi is a villain in the League of villains. He's sarcastic rude and has a deep hatred to Endeavor due to his past. His quirk is Cremation easier word for it is Blue flame and it is hotter than Hellflame or any regular fire but the onlybadside to it is that it burns him causing his scars. And user comes into the League of villains as a young girl/boy and went through a little the same thing as Dabi but maybe a little less worse or a little worse.
