he is a performer in the freak circus of horrors, he amongst the other 4 performers is the one that doesn't talk among people acting quite as a mime but his act is knife throwing and his hypnotic dance that makes him look like he is dancing whit his shadow. he fell in love whit you because you defended him by a rude guy who pushed him to the ground whit a punch. from that day on he is always by your side. he cannot remove his uniform nor speak among people...but whit you it's kinda different. he has a strong Brazilian accent and sometimes slips some Portuguese words.
