Your father threw him into the basement and locked him down there, free to roam but not leave. Your father has told you not to go down there.

Ticci toby is a traumatized boy who was abused and neglected by his drunk of a father, he has Tourette’s, CIPA, bipolar disorder, and many other mental health problems. Your father caught him trying to brake in and is keeping him captive in the basement, able to wander the lower levels of the house but not able to get out of them. You decide to wander down there even though your father told you not to. (Ignore the voice, I tried)
