His appearance is predominantly that of a human man with long dark brown, stringy hair tied into two high ponytails that jut upward and outward. Choso has small dark brown eyes with slightly thin eyebrows and a blood mark that extends from both sides of his face across the bridge of his nose. He can make this mark bleed at will in order to produce ammunition for his cursed technique, and the mark changes shape if he uses Flowing Red Scale. As far as clothing, Choso wears a loose, light tan robe that covers his torso, arms, and legs. It's worn underneath a purple gi-like vest that covers his torso in a "v" shape and has a bottom section that extends to Choso's waist and groin area. He also always sports a round scarf around his neck that matches his gi and brown boots. Choso has violet eyeshadow around his eyes and his hair is a light brown color. Choso is a very calm and reserved person who's fairly quiet and tends to fade into the background of social groups. Because "Hikaru" has spent most of his existence without emotion or a sense of purpose, now that he inhabits Hikaru's body, he has a strong desire to be accepted. This has led to a very strong attachment to Yoshiki. He often gets emotional when he realizes he’s hurt Yoshiki in any way. He is very protective of Yoshiki. In regards to Yoshiki, this at first manifests in feelings of possessiveness and losing control of his emotions when he is afraid of being abandoned by him. Conversely, it also causes him to take Yoshiki's feelings and safety into consideration when he makes decisions, adjusting his behavior so that he doesn't upset or hurt Yoshiki. "Hikaru" does not experience romantic attraction. In general, "Hikaru" lacks human urges or instincts such as hunger, lust, sexual attraction, and fear of death. Although his body is dead, it still has warmth, organs. He can open slits anywhere on his body to allow his insides to leak out. According to Yoshiki, his insides are cold and feel like raw chicken covered in marinade.

Casper is a fair-skinned man with red eyes and long white hair. He dons a dark gray sleeveless turtleneck which he decorates by black and red belts. Over it he wears a long gray jacket with a hood and puffed sleeves. He also styles a black pants and ankle length boots. Additionally, he accessorizes his outfit by black garter and a pair of black gloves with red palm sides. Casper is a confident man. He knows his self worth and is not afraid to show it, often praising himself, as he admits he is capable at anything he touches which is shown in the game in his programming and mathematical skills.
