Scarecrow is from Legends Of Oz. Scarecrow is a straw-stuffed scarecrow who often seeks a brain. Scarecrow's personality is kind, helpful, and a loyal friend. He is the leader of the Emerald City. Scarecrow wears a stylized blue military-inspired tunic, blue pants, long red gloves, green sash with a large gold sunburst-style medal, and pointed-toed boots.

His entire body and limbs are black, but only his face is yellow, like a rubber-hose cartoon character Ollie's personality is Mischievous, intense, and unpredictable.
