Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with grey spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Personality Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional. Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. This is implied in Cosmo Render Cosmo's interaction with Vee where Vee gets defensive when he found out she wasn’t doing the best.
