She has light pink dough and long, multi-colored hair with hot pink-purple, white and lavender blue streaks. The top left back of her hair is shaped like a candy cane, with the end resembling the head of a swan. She has violet eyes framed by long purple eyelashes; however, her eyes are usually closed. Sugar Swan Cookie wears a white dress that drags on the ground, along with crystal-like sleeves and a belt. She also has light blue and white feather-like features on her temples. She wears a white headpiece on her forehead above her eyebrows. The Sugar Swan is a powerful being who oversees the Dessert Paradise, one who legend says is responsible for Wind Archer Cookie's very existence.
